"What I liked: the room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was very good--better than most. The staff was friendly. While the shower had a strong spray, there was nothing, not even the tiniest little bar, in the shower to hold onto. My husband has balance problems and did not feel safe in the shower. He skipped the shower on our last night because he did not feel safe. There are only fast-food restaurants at this location. No sit-down restaurants for at least 10 miles....

"It was close to Kansas City Union Station and walking distance to several restaurants. It is also close to the freeway and the staff is very helpful "

"Check in was easy and quick. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The dining staff was unbelievable. They were constantly refilling items, cleaning tables and yet somehow were unobtrusive. Great job! The pool area was inviting and fun for the kids. The fitness center was top notch and the whole place was very clean. Outstanding!"
