Stayed at the hotel side, and paid extra to bigger room. During daytime, easy to locate - beside Starbucks. Nighttime, you need google maps to locate place. "

If you like connection then maybe its not the best hotel for you, but the contactless check in was simple and the service via Whats App was great. The xmas night market was just outside the hotel, which made it very magical. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Walking in to a bunch of children running around was a little strange. The room was spacious. There was no good way to adjust the temperature of the room so at times it was too hot. Overall my family and I had a good time. "

"A short walk from the bus stop from Lucerne. The staff were very helpful and patient with questions (spoke many languages!) The rooms are charming with unbelievable views. Although the hallway sensor light took some time to get used to it was fine. Food was excellent. We even got to see an amazing trio (Viola, violin and piano) followed by a champagne reception and 4 course dinner! Will definitely return!"
