"Location is great - access to mall, freeways, and restaurants. Downside, there are small flying insects / bugs in the room and bathroom - requiring periodic spray. "

"No fridge. No microwave. Tiny room only the size of the bed. Black mold all around ceiling of bathroom. No bar soap (only liquid). Other than that, it was good. "

"The hotel is next to all the shopping and dining around the Woodfield Mall. You still have to drive as it’s not easy or safe to walk to the mall with the 12ft retaining wall you’d need to scale and the busy 4 lane road. "

"The bathroom door literally had to be pulled with my entire weight to open and close it. Otherwise the stay was good"

"Everything was fine except for being charged $40per room to check in 90 min early even when our rooms were ready. We left four hours early so I guess I should get an $100 refund per room."

"I love staying at this hotel! Its my go to place when im in the area. Remodel is nice and the place is clean. Only catch is, there is no insulation between rooms or floors so if you have a noisy neighbor you will have to speak up and call the front desk. "
