"The food ( dinner and breakfast) was beautifully cooked. The homely atmosphere was relaxing and friendly. The staff helpful and the room had everything you need and was clean and tidy. The pub also smile English and I appreciated that it retained that . Nice to have free parking outside the door."

"We had an absolutely brilliant stay in the Chapel. It is much bigger than it looks with gorgeous high ceilings so it feels very spacious. With a two year old and a large dog, it never felt cramped or like we were on top of each other. And the bathroom is HUGE! We felt incredibly welcomed and will be back without a doubt. "Nice house, all that's required for a few days stay. 5 minute walk from centre. Nearby grocery shops and a couple of local pubs. Good comms from owner. Probably needs a winter lick of paint but all good. Thanks"

"Position of house was very good although there was no parking which is inconvenient. The furniture is old and very tatty The central heating didn't work terribly well. We enjoyed our stay, there is lots of space but feel the place need some decorating and some newer furnishings "
