"Lovely one night stay as part of a road trip down to Cornwall. The host was lovely and friendly and made us welcome. The room was comfortable and quiet and we slept well. Delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Ideally I’d have liked a bigger bath sheet that could wrap round me after a shower but for a short stay it was perfectly fine. "

Liz could not have been a more perfect helpful host. "I booked for two nights but left after one due to the poor hygiene. Apart from fresh bed linen everything else was dirty. There was even food left in the fridge from previous occupants. They advertise that breakfast is included, but they do not offer breakfast. Their advert is not a true reflection of what they are offerring."

"The one bed room apartment i stayed in is very clean and tidy. The bed is very confortable; i had good night sleep in here. On the down side, i had to chase the email for checkin procedures. The phone number provided in the email confirmation is wrong. "This was the second stay at this cosey cottage . Perfectly situated for walking into town and along the river . Beds comfortable with quality bedding. Courtyard garden was clean and tidy the frount door needs attention due to sticking and really having to push very hard to open and toiket seat is to small for pan which is a little off putting . The private Parking was easy and a bonus in Topsham . Would highly recommended this cottage . cold). Only o ) "
