"My room/bathroom was a little dated but clean overall. The staff was polite and attentive. I loved that it was so close to the Mole, and everything else was also very walkable. They provided everything for a comfortable stay, and no issues at all with their services. However, the lock to my door drove me crazy. I had to twist the key a certain way in order to get it to lock and unlock. Other than that, a good stay overall."

"I was a bit disappointed based on the pictures. I thought we would have a room with a balcony that had a view. It is definitely a value property so I would say it’s average. It was difficult to find the staff sometimes. The pillows were very dated the main beds were comfortable, but the room that “accommodates four” the second bed is the equivalent of a pullout couch mattress. "Perfect for my one night trip to Turin, in a great area for transport (trains, trams and buses) as well as walkable to key areas in the city if needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but do recommend some patience if you don’t speak Italian. Room was clean and exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed and facilites as expected. "
