"The location is superb. Everything is walking distance and all the top bars are within 3- 10 minutes walk. Met 4 staff separately, all are warm and hospitable. Bedsheet a bit worn out, but it's clean. Same as the toilet and room, don't look fancy but still clean. View with acropolis is kind of a surprise for me. But seems not every room can view that. The price is really budget. So there's some downside. 1. Next to a church which rings the bell every 30mins, yes, even at midnight, 3am, etc....

"I had a great stay at Filon Hotel! For a 2-star, it exceeded expectationsā€”super clean, in a safe area, and the staff were wonderful. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything I needed. The bed was a bit firm, but given itā€™s a budget-friendly spot, I didnā€™t expect luxury. Most importantly, it was clean and I felt secure throughout my stay. Just a note: there are no safety deposit boxes in the room. Overall, a fantastic value for the price!"

"This hotel was amazing! The area might have graffiti, but it felt completely safe, and the location is unbeatableā€”close to the metro, restaurants, and shopping. Definitely spend a bit more for the balcony; we had a magnificent view of the Acropolis, and enjoying it lit up at night with a glass of wine was pure magic. The bed was super comfortable, adding to a great experience overall. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet memorable stay! Also a good buffet breakfast."

They offered to help us with shuttle to ocean front where there are many pubs and restaurants, but we did not take them up on offer, but nice they were so helpful.
