"This was a wonderful hotel. The owners are very friendly. More importantly, they are so knowledgeable about the area. We appreciated Sébastien‘s kind advice on the hiking routes. "Well-appointed, well-located, quiet. Good wifi, good water (heat, pressure), very clean, quiet street (I can imagine this would be important in the summer). No view, really, but that's OK. Communication (regarding a missing corkscrew and on the availability of extra pillows) was the only difficulty, with really no effectuve help until we happened to meet the person cleaning another apartment. But we would definitely stay here again. "

"The front picture is the thermal baths, not the hotel. This said, as a 2*, it is great. Close to the ski lift and the town centre. Could not be located much better. The manager and staff were fab too. Very helpful. The bed was a bit hard for me and the pillows not great. But this may just be me. My partner was fine. Highly recommend. "

"Wifi was 30 Euros for the week. Bedding + towels + tax 107 Euros. Distance about 200m from the ski lifts and 125m from Supermarket and restaurants. Ample free parking outside. Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

"This hotel have not used Expedia in years and only by coincidence was there a room available trod us otherwise we’d have been troubled . I then couldn’t contact Expedia . Despite having the Expedia booking to show this hotel they refused it because 1- the no record of it and 2- “we don’t use Expedia !”"
