"Absolutely nothing negative to say- except there were about $85 in extra fees between the guest amenity fee, pet fee, and parking fee- plus a $50 deposit. Otherwise- good parking, extremely personable staff (Thank you Chad and Rye), very clean, lots of perks- a pet bag, a complimentary drink, robes to use, fluffy towels, and heavenly bedding. I can’t wait to visit the other locations in Seattle! "

Great to have washing machine and dryer on-site but the use of an app you needed to download and navigate was annoying - tap (credit card) to pay would be much easier. I also wished the bath water would turn off completely when using the shower - this wasted a lot of water. Great location - walkable to all major...
