"Stated private bathroom however up on arrival it was a shared bathroom, along with an hour of trying to call to get in. We did not stay at the hotel after wasting money on a poor experience."

"Me and my husband stayed overnight in Skegness while visiting a friend who lives near by . I chose the hotel because of private parking . However if it was full to capacity and everyone had a car there would be nowhere near enough room . A sign in the door was offering rooms for £35 and that’s about right. "The only one issue we had was that the room was way to hot even after turning radiator off ,but friendly staff clean communal and room "

"Everything as expected with the accommodation, great communication throughout from the owners. Great location for beach, Ingoldmels, Skegness or travelling further up and down the coast. "
