"Only issue was- the TV was at an awkward place near the bathroom and my husband hit his head on it. I was afraid we may need 911! It kinda sticks out . Otherwise all was very nice! Tissues in the room would be a plus and WATER! Def will be stay again! Staff very friendly and price great! Thank you! "

The host goes out of their way for renters to have a great experience providing basic needs that others almost never provide. "Our group stayed Friday night through Sunday morning. Our cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. There are multiple cottages on the property with grills, picnic tables, a communal fire pit, as well as docks if you will be bringing a boat. Rachel was very prompt at answering any questions we had. We had a great time!"

"Cute B&B run like a hotel just outsude the gate to the world famous Chautauqua Institute. Very quiet although it is an older home. Real nice staff."
