We arrived to fire truck blocking entrance and getting some one out of elevator that was struck had to walk 4 flights to room with luggage in tow. Breakfast was okay but was complimentary. "Overall it was ok. Check-in was quick. We constantly had issues with our key cards that required front desk to reprogram. The room was clean and we weren't missing anything. The toilet did leak and was constantly filling. It was a slight annoyance as we could hear the water all night. The breakfast was simple and didn't have much choices however the breakfast employee was extremely nice and helpful. "

My only drawback was I was in my first night connected to another room and they just were loud all night and talked all night so didn't get much sleep the first night but overall great experience"
