"Excellent 4-day stay. Only problem was that they were working on the pool and the gym so we couldn’t use those facilities. They were flexible with late check out. "

"Room was dirty,bed liens were stained. And had to ask for over an hour to get a shower certain. And the smell was horrible. "

" The hotel is a beautiful strucuture/ but with the last 3 stays has been different. I need the approval from the regency Inn to start my new stay with them---from 06/23/2024---- 07/15/2024-----i am requesting this because of my suffering and hotel accommendations. please respond and grant me the request. "We liked the hotel itself. The staff were super friendly towards us and our children. Outside the hotel was a different story. I was almost hit by a car due to everyone speeding through the parking lot. Signage should really be placed for this. There is no reason I should almost be hit by another car when I am touching my own car in a parking space."
