"Main reason why we booked here was for the hot tub and the pool for the kids. The inside pool was freezing cold and the tub was not even lukewarm , and it was green with mold built in the concrete around. It also smelled like mop water. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty nice. Everything was stocked. Housekeeping didn’t clean after the first day. The second day I caught housekeeping outside and asked for a broom to sweep myself. And gave her the trash to toss. But only one bag was...
