"After having a confirmed and paid for reservation , upon arrival at the hotel the incompetent front desk clerk could not find my booking ! As I began discussing his incompetence in using his phone , computer he got flustered and called the police..!!! After showing the police my confirmed res and paid visa receipt they took my side and nearly arrested the ignorant clerk. "

"Historic hotel in centre. Quiet despite it's location as the rooms are facing a courtyard not the street. Helpful staff who helped arrange transportation to the hot springs, as well as, the airport. There are securuty measures in place: ie three located gates which are assessible with the keys given."
