During a very difficult time—our son required emergency surgery at nearby Clínica Bíblica—Jason showed incredible kindness and support. He anticipated our needs, accommodated every request with genuine care, and consistently checked in to ask how our son was doing. "Everything about this hotel is great except the rooms have no blackout curtains. In the night is the street lights that are bright and morning at 5:30 am the sun rises. Makes it hard to have a good sleep Otherwise the hotel is excellent. "
