"Hotel was very quiet and overall a great stay. The bathroom had some stains in it from Water. Functionally it was fine, just visually was a little offputting. I stay at this hotel 3 to 4 times a year coming back home from Florida. I would recommend it overall."

"The hotel is located in a nice area near good restaurants and convenience stores. The property features and structures are a combination of new and old, which is ok but not the best. This is my reason for the 4 stars. Overall the hotel staff were good and respectful."

"When I wanted a receipt (before check out) the personnel at the front desk said "you'll see it from your third-party account" meaning Expedia, however upon check out, we received it with no problem. We enjoyed our stay and the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. No issues whatsoever. Thank you! "

"We went for a quick getaway, and are already planning a longer trip back with our kids. The staff were so helpful (we forgot all our toiletries) and the setting was gorgeous. It’s a lodge in a national park, not a luxury retreat in Aspen, so accommodations fit the setting, but all in all we were really happy. The only ding is that the mattress wasn’t *great* but we were fine. "

"Both the highway and the air conditioner are noisy. I found a hair in the towel and an ant under the pillow. The towel rack falls apart as soon as I touch it. No restaurant or convenience store nearby."
