"Wow! What a super nice place to stay, a very friendly welcome in the bar and the pub is lovely with a nice ambience. The rooms are round the back and in effect a bedroom apartment like a mini suite complete with kitchen facilities and a lovely small modern bathroom with walk in shower. The whole thing is very nice, tasteful and well thought out, comfortable and homely. Would definitely stay again. "

"The lady that booked me in was friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. All the facilities were in excellent working order and the fact that my room had a bath was a definite bonus. The rooms are very close to everything and I plan to visit Skegness again in February and will definitely book this property again if it is vacant."

"Outstanding! One of the best equipped places I’ve stayed in. Located right in the centre with easy access to restaurants and shops. It’s a few minutes walk from Tesco and car parks are a few minutes walk away. House has no parking but it’s free between 6pm to 8pm and the first hour is free between those hours. House is lovely and over three stories and I will definitely use it again. "
