"For the money it was fine and my room very clean. It’s a sketchy place to stay for a single woman to stay. There is a security guard there who could hardly breathe. I felt less than safe with a high/drunk man milling about. That said, I double locked my room door and did not venture out and they did wait up for me to get there and that was appreciated. "

"the front desk was not very together. Had my reservation messed up. Had to show them my bank statement to prive it was paid for. When i was leaving sunday morning the young man almost insisted i give him my debit card to pay for it again, which i wouldnt do. So once again i was embarrassed with having to pull up my banking statement to prove it was paid for. Twice i was embarrassed during this stay. Probably wont pick this hotel again, the room was clean and nice but not worth my honest being...

"A great location very close to downtown St. Louis. Columbia, Illinois, is a small town with great restaurant choices. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Great experience!"

"only thing my reservation that i recieved for a room on parking level, was given to some both else and i had to stay on the second floor. i went back looked at the email i had for the room and it said parking level. the room we had was nice."
