A great pub with a varied customer base, always busy and has very pleasant helpful staff. Showers and kitchen serviced regularly by cleaning staff. "Excellent 3 star motel and good value for money. Reception staff were fantastic. The rooms are extremely large and equipped with everything you need. Small kitchenette, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glasses and an iron and ironing board. We booked a twin room which had a double bed and a single bed. My only gripe was that the single bed is not suitable for an adult. The mattress is basic and too firm and was very uncomfortable. "The facilities are modest but they are clean and they are very conveniently located opposite West Richmond station. The staff are proactive, friendly and professional. Definitely a big plus. If you need a bed to rest in and you don't require fancy hotel style facilities, you'll be satisfied with your stay here."

"The room itself was as advertised and fine. But being by the front door it was so LOUD. Everytime someone used the door the beeping of the door lock and slamming of the door woke us up. Not to mention the loud occupants who spoke on the phone and in the hallways at 11:00pm, 2:30am , then again at 4:30am. Do not recommend "
