"this is a very convenient location in the middle of taichung city. close to the rail station. very nice hotel with a river walk right in front of the hotel. i had a nice strol in the moring to enjoy the nature garden view. nice surprize of tge breakfast box during weekdays, a very nice weekend breakfast buffet. can not beat that price. should be rated as a five star hotel."

"Good backpacker or small length stay hostel. However, the rooms aren’t well ventilated so it can get stuffy at night if the door is closed. Also, it wasn’t clear how to contact staff if there’s an emergency or if late check in (I was lucky enough to see to use Facebook to contact them with the small text under their hours of operation)"

"Quaint hotel located about 10 minutes from the train station. Though the name is 133, the address is 143 and the entrance is via one of the shop units which leads to a corridor converted from the shop space leading to the hotel at the end. Look out for the signboard at the side of the shophouse building. "Very clean good-sized room. There is a fairly specious lounge area with a large communal table where you can eat your own food or get some work done, with no TV. There is a computer that you can use to watch some YouTube. They outsource their laundry service, so no laudry facilities at the premises. Lots of eateries at the doorstep. Complimentary good qualify coffee available."

"This was a fine place to stay - very easy check in with no hassle. Good WiFi and simple room. Other guests were definitely smoking somewhere in this hotel, which made me a little uncomfortable considering the rooms have no windows. But the hotel itself and the staff were all perfectly fine. "
