"Very comfortable room with a large balcony. Very best view of the lake. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. All staff are very polite and friendly. It was one of the best experiences our family ever enjoyed."

"Room is on the small side for family of 4, including two teens. View is spectacular. Included buffet dinner is not bad, above my expectation. This is the property I wish to stay an additional night, but the price prevent me to do that."

"Overall very good. Great location and service. Comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Right next to Sogo, Watsons, and Family Mart. Close to Caligraphy Park and lots of places to eat nearby. They also have easy to use washer and dryer for NT50. Great place, will stay here again on our next trip, and recommend this hotel."

"Property was kind of old, it was mostly kept clean but it did look like it needed aome repairs. All in all it wasn't a bad stay. It was very central to Taichung main station but if you want to see the rainbow village or the gaomei wetlands you're going to have to travel VERY far. One of the main things close is Myahara, the ice cream shop."

"The staff service was great. Everyone was very helpful. The room is large but the area to hang clothes is very poorly designed and really not useful at all. No nightlight in the room. Pillows are too thick for comfortable sleep. Dining was mediocre at best. Breakfast offers good coffee and yogurt but little else that's appetizing. Dinner was just okay."

"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, that it's in Taiwan, where expectations of hotels is low makes that even more impressive! The hotel itself is on is Ita Thao side of Sun Moon lake, which in my opinion is the better side. We didn't like the Main side as much. You step out the door pretty much onto the main road with all the street food vendors for snacks/breakfast/lunch/dinner. As they shut up by 7pm it doesn't disturb you in the evening. "I absolutely loved this hotel! It had so many great amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The foot hot tub was a standout, soothing our tired feet after a long day. The breakfast and late-night snacks were a real treat, and they made parking super convenient too. Highly recommend!"
