"The only complaint. Is they tried to charge me $250 dollars on top of what I had already paid for the room. I called to ask what the charge was for and they claimed it was a fee for smoking in our room. I had 4 young teens and myself I don’t smoke and they definitely don’t. I had to go back in to have them take it off. Said I’d refuse payment through my bank if they didn’t. "

"We had a very pleasant stay...everything from checking in/out to breakfast and the pool! Rooms were nice and cozy and we loved the size of the fridge. Our room was clean and welcoming. The hotel was very quiet while we were there and our kids got to enjoy the pool all to themselves! Breakfast had a good selection of food and it was all hot and yummy. Very close to lots of food and shopping options as well as some fun things to do. When cheer competition comes back to novi we will be sure to book...

"I've never had a more interesting and fun stay at a hotel. The staff and guests are all super friendly and helpful. I'd like to inquire about possibly renting a room indefinitely as a home away from home. I was wandering around and chatting with the employees too much but they understood that I was bored at night and politely went back to doing their job. I miss being there already and I don't think I've ever thought that about a hotel before lol. Thanks for everything! "
