"The hotel was better than I expected! It was comparable to any big hotel chains. Clean, comfortable room, great breakfast, great location. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool being closed when it looked like it was in working condition. I can't ever tell if sometimes hotels do this on purpose. The only complaint I had was that one of the front desk employees was unfriendly and unwelcoming, but the rest were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean overall and I would stay there...

"Everything was excellent except the floors are tiled throughout the rooms. The problem with this is that other guests who come into the rooms above you at night while you are trying to sleep make a horrendous noise dragging their suitcases around. If we ever stay here again we will request a room on the 4th and uppermost floor and away from the stairs and elevators. Late night noise is an issue. "
