"We were there for two nights, so three calendar days, and the only elevator was out of service the entire time. We were there with extended family. Fortunately, the one family member who really can’t use stairs had a first floor room. I heard other people asking to be switched to first floor rooms. One person was able to switch and the next person was told that the front desk person needed to see if it would be possible. The hotel should really alert people if there is no functioning elevator...

"Hotel is a bit worn down, and it’s only having one elevator makes it tough on busy days, but the staff is outstanding!!! They truly go the extra mile for you. Eva, the operations manager is simply amazing! My son got food poisoning from the only restaurant that was open on the day we arrived, and the way she cared and supported us even when they were fully booked is something I will never forget."

"What we loiked most was the staff. Roberta in the breakfast area is a real treasure. She keeps that area well stocked with food and supplies and checks with all the residents using that area to make sure they are satisfied. Sarah at the front check-in is also very friendly and responsive to all requests/issues, etc. Two issues regarding the facility.
