"The purpose of our trip was to bring family to a Morehead State football game. My nephew is on the team and we wanted to show some support for him and the team. He also wanted to take advantage of us being in the area, so we could visit, and cook for him. The property was exactly as advertised and Hershel is a fantastic host! The communication for check in and all of the amenities made it so easy for us to set this trip up for the family. One of the other great details…our host was very gracious...

"The cabin was fantastic, the pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to cook. We really enjoyed the hot tub and using the firepit to make s'mores There are smart TV's in the bedrooms and in the great room. The fireplace is gas and we used it everyday. We are really looking forward to returning next year!"

"We had a great time! Children will love the bear themed room and extra play area. Check in and check out was easy. However, be sure to double check location on a map as geopin wasn’t accurate. Will definitely be back."

"Off the beaten path. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed the hot tub and large covered deck. Near the Red River Gorge park and lots of hiking trails."

"Property was not as advertised. Surrounded by abandoned buildings and sketchy trailers. Host communication was terrible. We went and found alternate place to stay due to above. Would give it a 1/2 star if I could. Still waiting for refund!"

"We were grateful there were two beds! But everything was very hodgepodge! The bed was terrible! There was very hot water and lots of pressure! The tub was clean and the refrigerator was new! With a little effort it could be very cute! We tried to call the contact to figure out where we were going as GPS wasn’t accurate! And the ladies voicemail was full! "

"Overall, we liked the property. The house was private and the layout of the house provided plenty of space for our family. I wanted to call out that we have a large van and the driveway and the single lane tunnel to get to the property created some nervous moments. "
