"We only booked as the hotel was pet friendly, as per the description and information. We checked in with our dog and agreed to eat in the restaurant, after some pressure from the hotel to do so. We were seated with our dog and our drinks order was taken. "I stayed in Jan and we had lot of snow - probably ~60cm everywhere which was not cleaned so it was very difficult to park on the street. In this hotel I felt isolated from the town centre and cafes and shops. The hotel is very basic and my double room was tiny, too small even for a single occupant. The hot water ran out first day we came back from skiing and I had to take a cold shower after spending the whole day on snow. If I go again to Saint Gervais, which is really beautiful and charming...
