Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! "A fantastic apartment in pretty town of Combloux. Very well equipped to a high standard. Beautiful views. Excellent shower and facilities. Very helpful friendly staff. A welcome bottle of wine etc was very much appreciated. Short walk to the town. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. "
