"The parking on forecourt have not got a good system in place. We waste and hour waiting for someone to come back from the tower, so i could get my car out! "

"Peter the owner of this property is a very nice, helpful man. He has put a lot of work and time into this building which caters for low budget stay yet he supplies a self service hot meal and continental breakfast which was very tasty. Our room was bright and cosy, no tv which was not a problem as we had gone out for a birthday party elsewhere. Comfy settee, fresh milk in worktop fridge for drinks supplied and even though a band seemed to be practising after karaoke finished we did get to sleep...

"The place was unbelievably noisy. Value for money was good, but there were blood curdling screams at 4 in the morning when people got back in the stairwell. Insanity. We weren't expecting the ritz of course, and the staff were all friendly. Would have just liked to have not been disturbed by other guests quite as much"

"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"Perfectly adequate for a business stay over for a couple of nights. Other customers not always quiet or considerate but thats not the hotel's fault. Rooms could be soundproofed more. Reception staff helpful. Great carvery next door."
