"The staff was wonderful form the front desk to the restaurant. The common areas are relaxing and beautiful. A great respite from the heat of the city. The neighborhood is vibrant and close to good food and drink. THhey have really noice relaxing pool with drink at the bar!"

"Worst hotel experience in my life. It ranged from extra charges to them saying two nights were not paid for. I had my confirmation and receipt but they didn't care. The doors are always key locked so most time you have to wait to enter or exit. The beds are hard as rock. There are no hallway lighting at night, if you can find the elevator in the dark a light comes on."

"Our experience was less than satisfactory. Room Preparedness: Upon arrival, the staff seemed unprepared for our check-in, despite our reservation. The room lacked basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, and soap, which we had to request separately. Facilities: The air conditioner functioned well, providing relief from the heat. "El lugar esta precioso, las camas cómodas los cuartos limpios , el servicio excelente,, tiene todo para ser un top 10 , lo malo es que al lado hay un bar o una discoteca y el escándalo de la gente y la música es impresionante que no se puede dormir, para fin de semana no recomiendo que se queden!!!"
