"The hotel is in a good spot for exploring Cerdanya and is on a main road below Bellver de Cerdanya which is a lovely small town with bars, restaurants, shops and attractions. "Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Such a shame as was supposed to be a treat after working on campsite for 7 months but no hot bath and beds squashed against the wall. Regret the money spent on a treat that actually wasn’t.
