"We had stayed at the same location 2 weeks prior. The location is a perfect distance to travel in a day to our vacation destination. We were frozen in our room! We turned the thermostat up to 79. Didn't seem to make a difference. In the middle of the night I looked for blankets. No luck. This time I requested blankets when we checked in. Still turned the thermostat up to 81 but were nice and warm and toasty."

"The entryway from Westinghouse Road needs to be lit up. The front desk was awesome and very accommodating to some changes we asked for. (9:00pm). The breakfast needs to be ramped up just a little bit more. Maybe some scrambled eggs, bacon possibly some potato dish."

"From checkin to checkout, I felt very well cared for. I will say, the hotel is a few miles from Ithaca Commons, so if you wanted Cornell and Ithaca experiences, you might look a bit closer to town. But if you're looking for a good, quiet business hotel, this is it! When I'm back in Ithaca, I'll be in this hotel."

"It was very comfortable, the bed was great, and very quiet and spacious. My suggestion for people you know are staying more than one night.. give extra towels since they don’t dry out between showers and also extra makeup removing cloths.. one for each day at the hotel."
