"Both the Hotel and Casino were beautiful and very clean. Front desk staff Monica as well as the gift shop clerk (unfortunately I didn't get her name) were very friendly, and courteous. Both were very helpful. We did enjoy our 3 day stay and look forward to returning. However, The only negative thing would be that besides the two employees mentioned above, it did seem like most of the staff was not happy, the players club clerk who set us up, since we are new to the casino and how things...
