"Cabin is immaculate, very well appointed, decor is just lovely....no deer heads on these walls! Comfortable beds, plenty of soft towels and extra pillows/blankets. Nice firepit right beside the river, saw the northern lights our first night! Larry is an excellent host! Stopped in to introduce himself and give a quick walk through of the cabin. "The house was very nice and recently updated. Comfortable beds and living room space. Host took care in making sure the little amenities were avalable. "Cannot say enough good things about the host and property! Emily was in contact early and stayed in contact to make sure everything was perfect. The property is amazing, the river, cottage, ambiance makes you want to move up north. We will hopefully be coming back here every year!"

"Great Location. Private, but very close to Elk Rapids. Neighbors are a good distance away. House was very clean and well stocked. We only need to bring our clothes and food."

"Liked the home. Easy to find. Used the garage for our car. Pleased with the beds and bathrooms, kitchen and TV's. Shrubbery needs to be trimmed over front sidewalk. Didn't think we had to do things like emptying the waste baskets, putting the towels into the laundry - but there was no soap. And need to have some smaller easier to hold juice glasses for the kitchen. But it suited our needs perfectly."
