Things are dirty (for example, the top of the microwave oven and the top of the refrigerator in our room had not been dusted for a long time), the paint job is poorly done, carpets are frayed. "We booked here because the hotel had a good rating and it met our expectations. The room was quite clean, the shower was very nice and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was minimal but we found toast, muffins, cereal, and some fruit, more then enough for a freebie!! The coffee was very good as well, and the check in clerk was very friendly as was the check out clerk in the morning. I would recommend the hotel and also stay here again. "
