"Great location, very close to airport. Clean, comfortable. Check in person was very polite, professional. Very bad experience with airport shuttle! We had early morning flight and waited for a long time for the shuttle . Kept getting.. he will be here momentarily. When the guy arrived, he made a leisurely trip to rest room, chatted in lobby etc. He was rude, resentful and when we said that we were running late, his reply was “ you should have taken an Uber” "
