"Great stay, clean and good location "

"Lovely place, very clean and comfortable rooms. We had a a bit of an issue at check in, we had booked a family room which turned out to be a double bed and a trundle bed which they brought up. The trundle bed was not fit for purpose really, it didn't look safe to sleep on. Couldn't fault the staff or the manager though, they were very helpful and made sure to try and resolve the issue for us straight away. "Good location for my work visit to the west of the city. Flat was cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Parking on the road outside was always possible, although sometimes took a bit of searching for a spot. A bit of road noise at the front of the property, but quiet in the bedroom which was at the back."
