"La habitación está bien respecto al precio, pero descansamos muy mal por los ruidos. Las paredes son de papel, se oyen hasta las conversaciones de las habitaciones de al lado y de la calle. Del restaurante no podemos opinar, cuando hicimos el check-in sobre las 17:00 nadie nos advirtió que teniamos que reservar para cenar o de que estuvieran completos... Primera vez en mi vida que no puedo hacer uso del restaurante del hotel donde me hospedo. No volveremos ni recomendaremos. "

"Estancia acogedora, habitación grande y limpia. Todo nuevo. La pega que no tenia calefacción y hacia un poco de frío (creo que estan de reformas, supongo que pondran los radiadores mas adelante). La dueña un encanto y muy atenta. Paisaje impresionante. "

"Keeping in mind that this is a small family run hotel in the Avila old town I am giving it my highest rating. This is not an international style 5 star, so don’t expect that. First the staff, some of which I presume are the owners, (José, Ricardo, Diego, Victor and one whose name I missed) were extremely helpful and friendly. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. "Firstly, the staff were lovely - gave me the really quiet room that I’d requested and was very much appreciated! The location cannot be more central &, though an old traditional building, it has been well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but fine & a bargain at €2. Will definitely return when in beautiful Avila. Muchas Gracias!"
