"My stay at Marina Bay Inn is always a good experience. I opted to change to a different room this trip and was pleased to have less airport noise. The only thing I wish they would bring back is the quality of breakfast they used to offer. Boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt, toast, and bagels with real oatmeal is a better breakfast than the packaged stuff they offer now."

The exterior of the building is very old and run down (it could use an update) the inside was a lot bigger than I expected. The rooms were ok. The staff were friendly. The location is great. "I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort during my seven night stay. I worked productively at the desk provided in the room, and thoroughly enjoyed dining at "Brenda's French Soul Food" on the next block and walking to Trader Joe's on Hyde and California. It's a busy, noisey city corner, so if you're "precious" or a light sleeper find somewhere else. Happy trails."

It's cozy, their rooms are relatively clean except for the floors, and the service desk people are incredibly friendly and helpful.
