"Arrived at 5:30 on bus. Went to hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 because the electric ring didn't work. On top of that one of the electric rings fell out of place and I had to pay money to fix it. How is all of this my fault? I simply arrive to the hotel to check in and that is all. How am I responsible for the rest? In addition, since I arrived to the hotel too early I had to pay an extra of 30 soles. I was also called a problematic person. The hotel has the check in at 11 and the checkout at 12....

"I stayed here with my husband for a quick one night stay before heading to Puerto Malabrigo. The breakfast in the room was a very nice touch! it's about 5 blocks or so from Plaza de Armas but I really liked how they had a private area for us to park our rental car. I would definitely stay here again, friendly people at the hotel and easy check in!"

When my brother wanted to leave, they didnt allow him, keeping his luggage. they wanted him to pay the full amount .My brother was insulted on the top of that. Because he asked for hot water, they answered: we dont offer sauna.The breakfast is at 5th floor and NO ELEVATOR. I always stay at Costa Del Sol, but they were full. "The hosts are very nice people. The suite was very updated, modern, and clean. There are several problems, however, the wifi kept timing out, there was no one available to turn our keys into when we wanted to check out. The worst, however, is that you need a key to leave the building. This to me is a fire hazard.
