"Wasn't happy that breakfast wasn't included. Also the pool was closed, and we were not made aware of it. Also, one elevator was out if order and the printer in the business center was out of order. Maintenance seems to be an issue here."

"The Staff was very nice and friendly. The room and everything in it appeared clean and well kept.. Bed was comfortable, lots of Hot Water for Shower. We did not have anything there for breakfast as we had other plans, but Breakfast that was served looked very good, Just a few heavy footsteps overhead from floor above our room but other than that we were very pleased with everything and would not hesitate to stay there again."
