"Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it. "Quaint B&B in the pretty village of Middleham with it's very own castle. The room was beautifully presented and very clean. The lady owner and her two dogs were very accommodating. She went out of her way on the second morning of our stay with breakfast when the village had an electric cut. We ate at the local pub, cooked by her husband. We were very grateful! Lovely to see and hear the clip clop of race horses as they came past the B&B in the mornings."
