"Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it. Negatives Bathroom: no mirror, no towel rails, only one hand towel in the property for three. Kitchen: Two sets of knives & forks for three, no large glasses or wine glasses, no fire blanket/extinguisher, no downstairs smoke alarm I could spot.
