"Apartment was perfectly fine and spacious, well equipped kitchen and great parking spot. Though there probably isn’t much the owners can do about it - the bedrooms were unbearably hot in July. Also the beds are very small doubles."

"The cottage is placed on a calm street, but is still close to everything in Farnham and is very easy to get to. The owners are lovely and very accommodating if you need help. The bed is supercomfy, and the cottage has everything you need to stay. I stayed 4 nights."

"Terrible experience. Stayed with daughter to convalesce from surgery. Heating broken, no lights in main bedroom/en-suite or sitting room. TV faulty, dishwasher broken with smelly waste. Security chain on front door broken, carbon monoxide alarm not working freezing Cold. Flat info not correct for entry or services. Phone to report Stay Beyond team kept promising that maintenance were coming but they never turned up. Asked to be moved but offered accommodation and hour away which wasn't possible...

"One week stay for work, distinct lack of communication regarding check in until the day of arrival. Assumed automatic payment would be taken from the card used to secure the booking, this wasn't the case. I was later badgered for payment via bank transfer at 20:30 of my second night. Really not what i expect from serviced accommodation. Accommodation condition ok but unfortunately not clean. All kitchen equipment was stored dirty and had to be washed before use, flooring throughout hadn't been...

"Great place to visit.The property was clean and tidy. I have only good things to say except from parking my car. There was no free available space to park my car and its can be a bit costly to park around there. Apart from that im very happy. Thank you for hosting us to your amazing cottage : )"
