Location was great. Very good style of hotel outside and communal areas were very good. Free plentiful parking. We had an excellent room- 212- a large family suite with two separate beds for our children. Really spacious. Very warm inside room. It was quiet for us. Breakfast was good but was not very quick- we had each plate one at a time so by the time my breakfast came the rest of my family had all taken turns to finish. Only other thing was tables weren’t being cleared after use and it felt a bit dirty/ cluttered. But would recommend this hotel if near Thorpe Park and was very convenient for Staines too.

Rooms were okay if grubby dirty around toilet seat service was good food okay indian food very good restaurant a little tired but it is a old building .
The property was in an ideal location for us. Walkable into the shopping and restaurant area. Good sized room. Friendly staff. Efficient breakfast service which was really nice.
Few cleanliness issues that stopped me giving 5 stars for this.
Bed comfort
Parking was great. Always a relief when get somewhere and can actually park as described.
