"The staff very nice and friendly the place and location very good. The only thing was carry my own luggage up 3 flight of stairs very inconvenient. They need an elevator or someone who can help you with your luggage. Also don't answering messages. They need to respond."

"Hotel is promising. Hotel staff were wonderful and at their best. Neat beds, Rooms was always clean. Cafeteria staff wonderful and very friendly. Every morning breakfast experience was a delight they always serve you with a smile and are always looking for the opportunity to satisfy your taste. "When you get to the Equator you will be greeted by cockroaches at some point. Sadly there was a small one on one of the beds. Otherwise, the place was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. For the price, I was happy. "
