"Fabulous location minutes from the city centre shops and local restaurants. On entry, reception desk location is easy to miss as its in a corner snd not easy to see from the entrance. We had to ask reception to increase the heating as we were unable to adjust within the room. Need to do a bit more work with housekeeping, dropped a ring on the floor and had to move th bed, which highlighted that the space underneath hadnt been cleaned in a while. "I had a good experience from start to finish. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The general manager and his team offered a exceptional service. However my room was cold and the mattress was uncomfortable. The hotel’s facilities were average. The gym had a few machines out of order and no water cooler. I did appreciate the convenient location, which allowed me to explore the city easily. Overall, my stay was good. I would recommend...

"We attended the Salsa New Year party. Our room 103 was clean but there was really bad mold against the whole of the wall on the window. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast. If we weren't in rush with new year eve festivities we would have askex for another room. But the hotel was also fully booked. Damp needs to be addressed in this room. We could've get into pool as 1 hour slots and pool was full due to new years. Everything else was okay. "
