"Staff was excellent upon arrival and leaving. Logan cleaned the room and it was good!! Only reason i don’t give it 5 stars is because it sounded like house keeping was moving all the furniture around next door which woke us up at the crack of dawn. Overall, I’d stay again! Pool was clean too. 😊"

"I like that there were many options for parking and many options for the eating just right beside motel. I didnt like that there wasnt steps. It was hard to pack my luggage up the stairs as heavy as it was. For 160.00 you would think you would have an elevator. It like it was pretty basic for the price. For an individual cottage with State Resort Park resort, you would pay 213.00 total for two nights. Very nice. Although not all the bells and whistles, it still is an individual standing...

"Very clean, easy check in/out. Pretty quiet. Only things I’d like to see improved are the blinds (design of the blinds allow them to let some light in) and shower (needs a much more powerful shower head and, with shower curtain pulled, was kinda dark in the shower itself). Both minor complaints. Great value-would stay again! "

"My son and I took a fishing trip and this property was perfect for us. It was convenient to Kentucky Lake and the bed was comfortable for sleeping, since that is all we did at the property. We were upgraded due to few guests at this time of the year:)"
