Enjoy the beautiful view of the Lake and watch wildlife from the spacious covered deck or take a short walk to the beach. Situated on 4 lots and minutes away from Eddycreek Marina and Dryden Bay. Our home offers plenty of parking for guests, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor griddle top grill for guest use, indoor/outdoor seating with plenty of space of space to spend time with your family and friends during the summer season or Holidays. During the summer season guests can enjoy swimming straight from the beach and can explore the lake in one of the kayaks provided for guest use. Guest with their own boats can anchor just off the beach for quick access to the house.

Beautiful Quiet Getaway
My students and I stayed here while participating in a local competition. We all loved the peace and quiet we got here. Beautiful house with a scenic view. I recommend this for large groups.

The best stay
This property was the perfect get away for me and 11 of my friends before my wedding!! The hosts have truly thought of everything and there were so many beds to accommodate! Loved this find and would love to return with family!

Family meet up!
We did a holiday family meet up with 5 different family groups and had all ages 1-75 and everyone enjoyed this home! There was plenty of space, things for the kids to do, bedding/towels and cookware! It was the perfect place to host all 22 of us!

The property was huge and was very clean. It had everything one would need. It had a kitchen with every appliance needed. Even a crockpot. My family and I enjoyed everything about the property inside and out. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful getaway with the family!
Very clean home!! Provided lots of amenities that were not expected in a rental - was greatly appreciated. Had everything that we needed and more! Owner very responsive to questions and very accommodating! Setup with the bathroom in the middle was different. Was a wonderful trip, would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful wonderful House they had thought of everything that you could possibly need very easy to contact even though our first night there there was a tornado watch and severe thunderstorms we lost power they were in constant contact there is so much to do just at the house that you would never have to leave only thing that I could add to this we had a one year old and a high chair would be the only thing you could add to this house

Best Vacation Ever!
This was the best place we have ever stayed! Plenty of toilet paper, spices, salt & pepper, ice, towels! The Kayaks were great, plus the fire pit and all the games for the kids! Easiest check out ever! Loved the owners! Anytime I called or text, they were very quick to get back and fix what ever we needed! I would stay again! Thanks for a Great Week!

Great lake location
Our golf group this year felt this was one of the best experiences we've had for the past 14 years. There are three Kentucky State Park courses within 30-40 minutes of this property. Those were in excellent shape and staffed with awesome personnel. The house was exactly as advertised. Spacious with a large ice maker downstairs next to the kitchenette. We'll definitely be back for one of our get togethers.

Great family location
Clean and comfortable. Kids loved the games. Lake was close enough to send the kids down for a bit. Fireside chats at night, and the deck provides nice relaxing scenery. Fridge upstairs and downstairs was a nice touch. Watch out for the insects that like to come to the sliding doors, but if you turn out the lights inside while you’re outside, you should be fine. Will stay again :)

Great secluded location with lots of space.
This was a great house for big families. The owners have just about everything you’ll need stocked. Even the little things normally forgotten. Lots of games and kayaks to keep the kids busy. Short and easy walk to the lakefront. Great outdoor fire pit for the adults. Firewood was even supplied (never had that before). Amanda was very quick to answer any questions! We had a blast and would definitely recommend this property.

Very happy - right on the lake
Our family reunion with 14 people had an amazing time. There are plenty of beds and common area space. The private pebble beach was fantastic and we grabbed a few floats and relaxed in the water all week. Fishing from the bank was fun with a few catches. Water traffic was at a minimum and made the water even more enjoyable as you are on the main channel of the lake. The owners were very responsive. We will be back.

2023 Family vacation
We love the location of the property, anything you could think of was already there. Owners supply a wagon to carry children and anything you might need to the beach. A well stocked kitchen. Love the ice machine. Very nice memory foam mattresses, lots of games,and puzzles. Plenty of beach chairs. Several outdoor gathering spaces. Even supplied hotdog-marshmallow sticks for the fire outdoors! Very nicely done.

Large family
We had a wonderful time at this property. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of space. Communication with the owner was top notch. The only down side was there is no dock, and the slope down to the water if very steep. But wonderful kayaking and swimming there. It is well stocked and lots of little things are provided. If you plan to do much cooking for the whole group, bring some bigger pots. But the black stone was a big hit. Definitely would recommend this one.....

Lovely but the bathroom
The house was very nice and near the lake. We loved the porch and everything was very comfortable. Our main issue with the house, was that there is only 1 full bathroom and it's in a terrible location. It is in the middle of all 3 bedrooms. You can't access one of the bedrooms without going bathroom. Also, if someone is using both of the bathrooms, anyone in the "kid's bedroom" gets locked in. The bathroom situation probably wouldn't be an issue for a smaller family, but we had 8 people so it was a challenge. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

You can tell me really enjoyed our stay here!
This property was amazing for a large family get away. We had children, adults and seniors. There was plenty of room for everyone. The large parking area was nice because we had several cars, but that was no problem. And there were so many beds to choose from and four bathrooms. Really made it convenient for a 5 night stay. One bedroom/ bathroom configuration is a little different in that you have to go through a bathroom to get to one of the bedrooms. But we figured it out who was best suited for those rooms. The house was immaculate!!!!! One of the cleanest I've ever stayed at. Beautiful, calming decorations. The firepit was fantastic (wood provided) and we were down there every night. My family loves to kayak and the short path to the water was easy to navigate. My granddaughter and I loved beachcombing. It was so quiet and relaxing to sit on one of the two outside patios/ balconies. My son was enthralled with the Blackstone grill and cooked almost every meal we ate on it even though the kitchen was nice and well equipped with a large pantry for all of our supplies. Not to mention the basement has it's own full kitchen and living room and game area. The ice machine was a plus!! And the games provided were enjoyed by all ages. We had pool tournaments and Pacman challenges and basketball practice going every day. The owners were great to get back with us when we had a couple of questions and we got each one resolved. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a large family gathering over Thanksgiving here and this place was absolutely amazing for a group! Very very clean and everything was as described online! Would definitely recommend!
