"Plenty of bad reviews for this joint. Here’s what I can say to everyone. For what I paid, it was fine. It was clean. It was convenient. It was cheaper than 99% of the places in the area. Was it perfect? No. Although, it was worth the money I paid. The management makes a serious effort to keep the place nice. You can tell. It ain’t the Ritz, but you’re not paying for the Ritz! You’re paying for a clean place to sleep for a night or two. That’s what I got. "

"This place was my "go to" for a number of years because it is so cheap and close to Ohio State Campus, Lennox Towne Center, the Grandview area, etc. Then it started really going downhill. The new owners have fixed it up -- particularly the rooms, which have been renovated and updated and are very nice! I also love the addition of The Crimson Cup -- you get a free breakfast sandwich and a drip coffee when you stay. The staff are always friendly. I think this place is a great deal!"

"Service was good. Room was spacious. Unfortunately walls are thin so you can hear between rooms and smell smoke, nail polish or paint from other rooms. "

Upon our late-night arrival, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly checking us in and getting us settled into our clean and cozy room. The parking was convenient, and the breakfast offered a good selection of options. While we did encounter a noise issue with a neighbor, the overall experience at Quality Inn was positive. We appreciate the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations."
