"This 3 bedroom house in the Avenues area was perfect for our stay in Chico! We came to tour Chico State for my son and wanted to check out the town for a few days. The house is close to campus and downtown. About a 5 min drive and about a 25 minute walk. Everyone bikes or walks around here. Nice quiet neighborhood, except for the train that goes by 1 or 2x a night. Just put your earplugs in and it's fine. My hubby and I had the room with the King bed. Mattress was great and loved the black out...
